Partnership brand identity
To support the launch of the Personalised Care Institute and their partnership with the NHS, we created a new brand identity supporting the 6 key pillars of the NHS personalised care model: Patient Choice, Shared Decision Making, Patient Activation, Social Prescribing & Community Based Support, Personalised Care & Support Planning, and Personal Health Budgets. We developed and defined the brand architecture, Vision, Mission and Values that would underpin the visual identity.
